After 22 years in the military, Steve, the property manager, returned home to take care of his Father, having the opportunity to invest in the local communities, Lobo Ventures purchased the old Masonic Lodge across the street from the Carnagie Library, with the purchase came, New Breed Gym. After extensive repairs and improved management, Lobo’s Ventures rename the Gym as Lobo’s Gym, Lobo in Spanish meaning Wolf. Lobo Ventures is on track to restore this beautiful old building and gym to become one of the premiere places to live and get your workout for mind, body and soul. Vast improvements have already been made to the structure, plumbing, electrical, heat, security and aesthetics. The Company’s Motto is Safety, Security and Comfort.
